About Hicks Properties

At Hicks Properties, we offer luxurious properties for you, your family, and friends. Many of our properties are five years old or less and all are well maintained and energy-efficient. The properties are located in quiet neighborhoods, minutes from the OSU campus.

Each duplex consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,700 square feet of living space, a two-car garage, stained concrete flooring, lots of storage space, and large yards.

Townhouses have two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, 1,600 square feet of living space, and a two-car carport. All units include major kitchen appliances. 

Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes offer two floor plans, 800 and 1,000 square feet. All the major kitchen appliances are included and zoned heat and air.
